About Us
We're Jan and Dave, based in Dennyloanhead. We had a springer spaniel for years and loved every muddy minute of it. These days we enjoy hill walking, cycling, and getting outdoors — and we'd love your dog to join us.
We're not a kennel or a business with staff and schedules. It's just us, our home, and your dog. If we go out for the day, your dog comes too (if you're happy with that). We do this because we enjoy it — which means your dog gets our full attention, not a slot in a rota.
How It Works

- Meet & greetWe meet your dog (and you!) to make sure everyone's happy. No charge.
- Book inIf it's a good fit, we agree dates. We're flexible but we do say no if we're busy or away.
- Drop off & enjoyYour dog has a great day. You get photos. Everyone's happy.
The Small Print
- We choose which dogs we take — it needs to be a good fit for everyone
- We're not always available — if we're on holiday or having a quiet day, we'll let you know
- Your dog needs to be vaccinated, insured, and sociable
- We're licensed with the local council for home boarding
- One or two dogs at a time — never a pack
